1.1 The machine is a mature product for exporting , we adopt integration layout high rigid integer body and succinct metal half protection , the machine has the compact structure , pleasant appearance, bigger spindle torque , stable performance and reliability of excellent accuracy .

1.2 With the Optimized design of the gear box and the big spindle torque makes it suitable for turning the big plates and shafts , it can be used for machining line, arc, metric threads, bull threads, can be applied to turning complex shape and high accuracy of the plate, axial parts .

1.3Machine's  slideway and slide saddle are both made of hard guide in special material  , the super audio quenching, super hardness , wear-resisting, durability, processing accuracy stability .

1.4 The CNC system adopts the GSK980TD servo drive and the ballscrew from BeIjing Machine Tool Research Institute and the Harbin screw bearings

1.5 With precise castingsin the headstock ,  it is appropriate for strong cutting. The optimal layout design, manual two-step frequency control of motor speed spindle (type B for single spindle without gears) help to realize bigger torque at low speed . spindle transimission uses the automatic lubrication to extends life-span of gears ,shafts and bearings. 

1.6 Adding the scraping crumb device to the guide, it can prevent guide be corroded iron chips and cooling fluid , make it more convenient to clean iron chips
