1.1 The machine is a mature product that we referenced to the foreign advanced technology,we adopt integration layout high rigid integer body , 45°slant bed , resin castings ,and succinct metal half protection ,       the machine has the compact structure , pleasant appearance, stable performance reliability of excellent accuracy ,damping effect , further optimized discharging filings , easy operation of the loading and catching workpiece .

1.2 The machine can be used for machining line, arc, metric and inch threads, multiple threads, can be applied to turning complex shape and high accuracy of the plate, axial parts .

1.3 Machine's slideway and slide saddle are rectangular sliding guide which is made of pastes plastic craft , it is suitable for heavy duty cutting and milling and  processing accuracy stability .

1.4 The CNC system adopts the FANUC  0i-TD servo drive and the inverter spindle .

1.5 Using the whole set of Japanese NSK spindle bearings and spindle with the precise assembly and dynamic balance test , which ensure spindle in high accuracy, low noise, strong rigidity, it can realize stepless speed and constant speed cutting, start and stop quickly.

1.6 All lubricating points are mandatory automatic lubrication device that is at the designated points in fixed quantity to lubricate the ball screw and guide rail, when the machine is in abnormal state or the oil is enough, it will automatically generated warning signal.

1.7 We use Italian DUPLOMATIC 12-position servo turret , which has positive and negative rotation in the shortest path to change the tools and change the tools speed, good rigidity, resetting with higher precision .

1.8 The standard accessories includes 3-jaw non-through hydraulic chuck and non-through  rotary oil cylinder(including non-return value), clamp and loosen the workpiece with manual button .

1.9 With the all-cover protection device, it can prevent iron chips and cooling fluid from splashing .

1.10 Equipped with the hydraulic tailstock which can be programmed with M code .
