Structural features and functional requirements of the machine tool
1.1 This machine tool is a mature product designed by our company. The machine tool adopts a 45° inclined integral casting bed and an integrated layout of simple riveting and welding protection. The whole machine is compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, stable and reliable in performance, and has excellent rigidity and Shock-absorbing, can ensure high-precision cutting, while smooth chip removal, convenient loading and unloading, and easy operation.
1.2 The machine tool can complete the processing of straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, and multi-start threads, and is suitable for turning discs and shafts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
1.3 The guide rail and saddle guide rail of the machine tool adopt Taiwan line rail, the machine tool is suitable for heavy turning and has good machining accuracy retention.
1.4 Standard configuration:The CNC system is SYNTEC22TB system + servo drive, and the spindle adopts a servo spindle.
1.5 Adopt Taiwan-made ball screw and Japanese screw bearing.
1.6 The imported spindle bearing group is used and the spindle has been precisely assembled and dynamically balanced to ensure high precision, low noise and strong rigidity. It can realize stepless speed regulation and constant speed cutting, and it can start and stop quickly.
1.7 Each lubricating point adopts a forced automatic lubricating device to lubricate the screw and guide rail at fixed points and quantitatively. When there is an abnormal state or the oil is insufficient, a warning signal will be automatically generated.
1.8 The machine tool adopts the servo turret (with Y axis), which has fast tool change, high machining accuracy and high efficiency
1.9 A fully enclosed protective device is adopted to prevent coolant, iron filings from splashing, and leakage from outside the machine tool.
1.10 Equipped with automatic chip removal device and chip car to facilitate the cleaning of iron chips.
