1.1 Technical characteristic

V8T high speed and high precision vertical machining center, we use the imported system such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc control , complete set of servo drive and motor realize three-axis or multi-axis linkage, suitable for complicated structure, multi-process, high accuracy required , parts needed multiple clamping and adjusting to complete processing. The machining center is for processing box type, a complex curved surface, special-shaped pieces, plate, cover, board parts.

The whole machine structure: machine body components using high

quality FC300 brand cast iron casting, internal muscles reinforcement, all by

natural aging,secondary tempering, and vibration aging treatment of metal, and

through the special design  software for finite element analysis, with high

strength, good stability, not easy to deformation, etc.

Spindle : box-type and short nose spindle head structure, stronger internal bones and muscles , strong rigidity, good shock absorption, effectively reduce the vibration in the operation of the spindle and resonance. Highest spindle speed 15000 RPM, with no gap precision coupling transmission, with high precision, low noise, small power consumption, fast response, etc.

Driving part: the German FAG, Japan NSK precision bearing, Taiwan Yintai or HIWIN High quality precision ball screw, which improve the accuracy stable after the machine is  used for a long time.

Guide rail: we use linear guide way for three axis for high precision,high

speed, and they can bear the high load , sliding block using extended increase

model design, ensure the precision of static, dynamic, precision stability and

service life. Three axis are increasing span of the rails, remain the excellent

dynamic and static precision when cutting .The Z axis adopts with big torque,
